Welcome
Thank you for your interest in the Charlotte Children’s Center. We are located in the heart of Charlotte. We have two sites in town and are licensed to care for up to 62 children daily. CCC serves families from Charlotte and many other surrounding communities in both Chittenden and Addison counties. Our mission is to provide high-quality early education and care and to be a leading employer for our area’s early childhood professionals. We believe deeply in the importance of play, collaboration, communication, and connection with natural spaces.
At the Charlotte Children’s Center, we believe the old adage “It takes a village to raise a child.” We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of that village for the families we serve. As a parent of two young children, raising them hours away from grandparents or other family members, our caregivers and early educators become extensions of our family. It’s impossible to define the value of knowing your children are safe, stimulated, happy, and loved when you can’t be with them.
Similarly, the Charlotte Children’s Center-a 5013c nonprofit organization-relies on OUR village to help provide the high-quality care our families have come to expect from us. Parents, friends, neighbors, and community members volunteer their time, talents, and financial resources to support our mission. There are so many ways to get involved in the work we do.
