Phil Bieber

Phil(he/him) grew up outside New York City and studied Ancient History and Comparative Literature at Clark University. His career path has included teaching at preschools in Washington, D.C., presenting work at national conferences, and later teaching kindergarten at Kairos PDX, a public charter school focused on closing the achievement gap. After moving to Vermont, Phil worked with a public health nonprofit while remaining deeply involved in the early childhood community. He has served on the boards of several local organizations and supported the early education program at Full Circle Preschool, which his children attended.

Beyond his professional work, Phil enjoys traveling, fermenting foods, and relaxing in the sauna he built during COVID. He lives in Essex Junction with his wife, Meaghan, a social worker, and their children.
