About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Infant Co-Teacher to join our team!
We are a non-profit, child-centered, play based program that has been in operation for almost 40 years. If you value outside time, community connections, collaboration, and learning together-this may be the place for you! We are proud to hire educators who stay with us for many years, and our families and staff value the relationships that we grow over time.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting or comparable experience with infants/toddlers. Some coursework in early education is preferred, however we will train someone new to the field that is a good match for our program and motivated to grow as an educator.
This position would be at our Main site in a beautiful, spacious infant room with 6-8 infants, a full-time co-teacher, and a part time support teacher.
